Pick one?

Emotions can be such messy bits of reality. If u spend long enough desensitizing yourself to it, what happens when u start feeling again? I’ve started remembering what real feelings are like, I don’t like them! While I’m not cut out to be a tuff cookie, I sure try :/

Anyone up for offering alternate perspective?
What kind of love would u choose?

Wreckless, whimsical movie romance with a tug of war of emotion, a constant thrill chase that keeps u on your toes

Or

Grown up, stable, sincere, devoted love that u know you will have your ups and downs, but You’ll have enough of everything to be happy?

Those were my 2 options, until an acquaintance mentioned that there are those two, and there’s something else, something more.

Yes there’s a combo of the two that is so intense,

It ignites, burns, incinerates … again and again like a phoenix outa flames.

Do u ever feel like your soul recognizes people?
The sense of familiarity that bounces off people you’ve never met before.
Encounters that leave u reeling from that strange feeling of familiary.
What if u love and lost one of these people that are half of your soul… how many real soul mates are there, or is there just the sole mate?

  1. i believed in a soul mate….it does u no good, when they’re gone u’re left with nothing, and no place to go or be. its not nice. so dont believe it hehe

theres no such thing as tossing a coin for such things. u will know which one is right for u. if neither option is staring blatantly at u, then well none of them is the rite one. possibly. only u would know the answer to that

  2. i want a grown up love, with not soo much movie drama romantic bliss!!

i cant deal with all the gushy stuff!

  3. I used to believe in 1 sole-mate.

Then I did the math, and figured that if there is only one, the odds are seriously stacked against you in finding him/her.

Since then I’ve revised my definition of a soul-mate. It’s is a person who understands you, and will be able to finish your sentences, loves you unconditionaly. And there doesn’t have to be just one, or that person does not even have to be your partner romantically.

    P.S. I want the combination

  4. I think im grown up now so im tired of all the drama that goes on in an emotional situation, one safe and stable person is fine,im a drama queen all by myself.

  5. I used to also believe that there was only one soul mate out there, until it shattered … and i really did believe that he was the one..”Do u ever feel like your soul recognizes people?

What if u love and lost one of these people that are half of your soul” all that has happened, so now im taking the other option, that there are many soul-mates out there, its just the first one that feels the same that is meant to be!!! Im looking for the grown-up love, with the passion and all the stars in the sky…

  6. *sigh*

    ditto ruby :/

souls occur in clusters and people come into ur life for a reason.. at some point u will meet people u were meant to meet up with.. male and female.. but like.. whose to say how long they be lingering for hmm.. :/

  7. Maybe I was wrong in not wantin to believe in a soulmate, but I was wrong and my heart n soul still long for her and if ever I had to make the choice I think it would be the second 1…and its no use fighting destiny, what is written in the skies will never change!!
